pokerdot, greenlydia gave you excellent advice, it's always best to be checked out by a cardiologist before completely ruling out many heart-like symptoms as anxiety.

Chances are, your heart IS just fine, and anxiety is known to cause cardiac like symptoms, but one can never be too safe in ruling it out.  You've had pretty good work ups, so that should ease your mind a bit.  Ask your family doctor to give you a referral to a cardiologist.  Once you get the "a-ok" from him/her, you can start really addressing this as anxiety.

Sorry, but I really must call you on your advice to pokerdot. It was very much like your username, if you catch my drift.
First you must understand that the symptoms of a heart attack in men is vastly different for those in women. Frequently we don't have ANY symptoms.
But there IS one classic symptom for women and that is pain in the jaw.
Two years ago I had what I thought was acid reflux, but then the pain moved to my jaw. I'm going to make this story very, very short, but they got me in the cath lab and I ended up having two cardio stents placed. One artery was 87% blocked and the other over 95%. They said it was a miracle I hadn't already had a massive MI.
You ARE right...........we never DO know when the real thing is going to come get us, but I learned the hard and very scary way that it's far better to be safe than sorry.

with anxiety and panic attacks chest arm and other pain is normal i have had chest pain so bad put me on my *** just do like i do blood test and doc keeps a eye on things bad side we may never know when its real

but most often just another attack they can get nasty just watch the norm ones there habits etc and you will have a better chance of catching a real heart attack but also remember they change around

I would definitely recommend you see a cardiologist for a complete work-up. I don't want to scare you, there ARE other things it could be, but please play it safe and have any heart problems ruled out first.
Take care
Peace
