If I was to give an honest answer I would say that any time you get ned medication you have very anxious times. Your anxiety always seems to get worse. After a while you begin to think it is the medication. Then you want to quit the medication. The whole idea is to allow new medication to take effect and try and relax about it. Don't think to yourself ' this is something new I am on '. They are soon gonna run out of medication to try you on at the rate you are going. It could have been nothing more than a slight set back. They happen to use all. Tight chest and the likes. But we know they are just passing things that come with the anxiety turf. It is only when we dwell on them we make the whole situation a lot worse. I am sure you know all this by now. You have been here many times before. With many other symptoms. If we don't focus on them they will pass just as quickly as they came on.

Forgive the typos. Ned = New. It's getting late here. Bad excuse.

I have had tight chest episodes before. Not often, but it has been there before, also with the shortness of breath.

To tell you the truth lately I haven't really had shortness of breath. Now I seem to get really bad tingling feelings on the top of my head and a pain here or there in my chest. The head tingling is actually a new symptom as of late. Honestly, what else could it be? my EEG was perfect : /

Anxiety takes a strong mind to overcome it, when you have it you have to identify that it is anxiety and not some crazy disease. (As long as you had the right tests to rule them out).
