dear sir/madam

I had posted a question earlier regarding migratory tickling sensation in the body and asked if anxiety would be responsible for it, which the psychiatrist confirmed it would. Sometimes its a few places at once and its like butterflies in my stomach feeling but it can occur in my chest, limbs, hands, feet, head, well basically throughout my whole body and it makes me squirm as its uncomfortable. I get a tad restless at times and wanna move around. Need to stand up or stretch.  Is this common for anxiety? I'm not walking or moving around because I'm anxious.   Its because of the tickling feeling and sensation as it is uncomfortable. The symptoms eventually do make me anxious though. They tend to come and go as they pls, and can be mild or in this case right now a lil more severe.  As far as medications, I have just started wellbutrin, however this symptom has been off and on since I was 18 so I don't think it was induced by medicine.  It also occurs when I smoke marijuana or the day after for that matter.  I started feeling it more frequently a few weeks ago that's why I posted and now its been 3 days and I'm experiencing it all over again.

Here are my questions...
1) Is this normal for anxiety?
2) is this considered akithisia?
3) What exactly is akithisia and the difference between restlessness and inner restlessness?
4) are there physical symptoms with akithisia like rls or is it just an urge to move?
5) I find it the more i think about it the more it occurs.  What can i do about this symptom if its not akathisia?

sorry for such a long post. Thank you for your time
