I have been keeping a journal for over 10 years really helps to look back at situation and gives insite to myself on past behaviors anyway  I started using this journal option and has really helped me to share with others what I go through, but also I notice during the day, if I feel any mild anxiety or panic, I say to myself, ok now you have to journal that, really helps defuse (ha ha) the experience at that time.

I agree with you wholeheartedly.  It also enables one to see the long term progress someone makes.  Too often we look at the day to day struggles with this.  Just as in life, anxiety will be bad some days and better in others.  I encourage to keep doing it, and I am glad that you have found that this works!
