confused!!???

Okay as some of you know I am the one with the fainting spells I have not fainted yet but I have come so close...anyways I went back to my doctor today b/c she put me on xanax .25mgand it was working but I was still kinda feeling faint so I wnt back and she said since I was on the lowest dose I can take 2 a day as needed....so heres the deal the one pill is doing great I take it in the morning and I feel great most of the day but as soon a I hit a certain point in my day it all comes crashing again so anyways I took another pill like she said so I could sleep well It didn;t work and its like my fainting spells got worse and they only come when I am resting :( I am freaked out b/c I don;t want to go to sleep now....that second pill didn;t even help! :/ I am confused why didn;t it work was I already to up tight when I took it for it not to work? or am I just thinking about it so much in my subconcious mind that I am freaking myself out...O and also I got my blood taken today I never have a problem with that and I always watch well this time I was watching and I thought I was just going to pass out WTH! I had to turn and breathe and thats not me!! WTH is going on here! I am on a heart monitor for a month but that means I hav eto wait a month for any results on my heart its frustrating and I just found out that my husband is bing extended anothr 2 weeks on his deployment! SOrry that was long hopefully someone can help mE thanks!!

oh and also what the heck is with all the twitching?? Muscl twitching the legs?? and sometimes body!
