Anxiety can cause your symptoms as well as physical problems. But you need to see a professional for a diagnosis. It sounds like you are lacking self-esteem, this and all your other symptoms can be worked out with therapy. It sounds like you are very hard on yourself, be happy you have a decent job, many have lost their jobs and are unable to provide at all for their family. Often obcessive worry, paranoia and lack of self-esteem results from something that happened in our past. Something we either never dealt with or have tried to forget. I would see a psychiatrist and the two of you decide what course of treatment best suits you......therapy.....medication or both. There is so much help for you, and you needn't feel this way. I hope you do seek help so you can have the happy life you deserve and want. I wish you all the best and take care!
IMHO, it does sound like anxiety, paranoia, a little obessive-compulsive.
Anxiety, panic, depression, etc. can be caused by a magnesium deficiency. It is essential for handling stress, as are the B Complex Vitamins.
Some of the safest and most effective forms of magnesium include: Taurate, Glycinate, and Citrate (latter can be laxitative -- take with food).
Dr. Leaf on the internet talks about negative thinking and getting out of that. You should work on having positive thoughts, even with councelling.
Blessings.
