courious....

ive been on paxil 40 mg for 6 months now...and ativan 2mg for over a year. bad depression n anxiety is bad, now im drinkin alot of alchol n i black out alot. is it possible for me to jus stop takin the meds...?

I would not recommend stopping either of these meds suddenly. It's always best to work with your Dr on a tapering program. Stopping them or tapering too fast can possibly make you really sick.

Courious as to why you would choose to give up the meds over the alcohol. You may want to address that issue.... My experience always consult with the Dr.before I tweek my meds...

i guess ive been doin research on the meds and all i hear are bad things. but yeah alchol is an issue.
