im having awful thoughts of hutring myself and others but i wud never do any of them but i keep reapeating myself over and over agin like going through the bad things and good things again and again and i get really tired and depressed over it. i keep thinking about people who have done bad things and think its going to happen to me...what is it..plz help.thanks.
I bet it feels like you have two parts of your brain that are fighting with each other. If it persists and is causing you depression and/or anxiety, get some help. OCDObsessive-compulsive disorder is not fun and having to deal with it on your own makes it worse.
dont feel bad, i do too, i think of harming myself and think of others being harmed. i am 15 yrs old and this has been going on since i was about eight years old. your not alone. but yes this is a form of OCDObsessive-compulsive disorder
this is a form of ocdObsessive-compulsive disorder called pure o, it s when u get reaccurringthoughts of harming yaself n others these thoughts come out of the blue and have no meaning beacuse they are not true of how u feel , which in turn make su feel anxious and depressed or can do .
i suffer this and my sister too i also know about 3 other people with this,,,,its real **** ,
my doc say s these thoughts are a form of ocd and is quite common more so than we know!
talk to someone u trust about this and research ocd , it may help u feel at comfort to know ya not alone , i still struggle now at times.
this happened it me.
its scary isnt it?
dont worry, its a form of OCD , seeing a doctor for further assesment would be good, just so your informed about whats going on.
