days of not being able to catch my breath

When I was around 8 I had my first panic attack. I didn't have another one till I was 18. Now about 6 months ago I started having Panic attacks several times a week and then every day. I have learned to deal with them very well until this last thing has came up. I am going to see my Dr on Monday but I haven't been able to catch my breath for like 2 days now. I feel like I have to constantly have to force my self to breath. Has anybody else had this type of anxiety symptom? I have had shortness of breath while in the middle of a panic or anxiety attack but never like this. I am hoping that since I have learned how to deal with the rest of the anxiety symptoms that this is just a new one. Anyone that could give me their opinion hopefully could make me feel better for the next 3 days till I get to my Dr.  Thanks

Yes! I have that problem too. Most of us anxiety sufferers do. You feel like you just can't get enough air.
Have you tried deep breathing? Try to relax, I know it can be very hard, and take slow deep breaths.
That's great that you will be seeing your Dr soon. You may want to discuss and an anti anxiety med and or counseling.
