death thoughts

i am depressed about my life i have not been the same since i had my baby in 2002 i have lost all confidence and lately i have started thinking about death of my perants i cant sleep, i cant eat and i find myself vomiting from these thoughts, i dont go out much i tryed going out talking to freinds to think about somthing else but it jus doesnt work am thinking about it none stop i dont think i can carry on with these thoughts in my head

You don''t have to continue like this, there is so much help for you!  See a psychiatrist for an evaluation so the two of you can determine the best course of treatment for you.  It may be therapy, medication or both. Depression does this to us, it robs us of everything!  You need to seek help for this as if it were any other medical condition.  You can't do this on your own, and that's okay.  With treatment you can get your life back, and be happy again. Don't put this off any longer, you deserve to have a happy and fulfilling life, and can.  You can always talk to us, even if just to vent.  We are always here, understand what your enduring and care!  I wish you all the best, and take care of YOU!

Please see your doctor immediately! Take a copy of your post and ask to be refered to a psychiatrist or therapist as soon as possible. You are in an emotional crisis right now, but there IS a way out, there IS help, you CAN and you WILL return to the self you used to be. Most of us have been where you are. to me, life is an experience, were born to learn,this is life .precious life.my partners parents died a few years ago and mine are still alive,will my children live longer than me ,my younger brother didnt,i live for the living and will never forget those close to me who lived aswell,,live my friend and learn.
