different anxiety pains

I am 20 and i have anxiety, or so my doctors say. I am a hypocondria as well. I feel like my muscles hurt, my chest hurts on the left side, i have a headache once in awhile, dirrahea, and thoughts of death. Does anyone else have these pains due to anxiety? I feel better knowing that I am not the only one with chest pains and such thoughts about dying.

i just found this site and it has already gave me a peace of mind , i live in constant fear of dying because of this DEVIL ANXIETY it helps to know that im not crazy i just hate it that others are going dealing with the same exact thing!
