anyone out there dizzy on a higher dose of zoloft? i was just upped to 75mg from 50 and just started last night...feeling dizzy today...is this a side effect of a higher dose? i have been on zoloft for 6 years but mostly on 50mg...i really hate the way i feel today....if this is how i am going to feel i don't know if i can continue on 75mg. it is actually causing me to feel really anxious.
You need to give it time. At least 2-3 weeks. It most likely is causing your dizziness but it takes 2-3 weeks for your body to get used to it. Feel better!
