does anybody have pain in their feet from anxiety

i have been told i have anxiety   i have pain in my feet  and numbness here and their  and i get panic attacks  can any body shed some light  are some of their anxiety  so i don t feel like such a freak

Many people experience numbness during a panic attack, but it normally goes away when the attack is over.
Pain in the feet is a new one for me in the symptom category, but that doesn't mean anxiety can't manifest as pain in YOUR feet.
Were you diagnosed with anxiety by a doctor?
If you are having these symptoms without also having a panic attack, I would suggest you see your doctor.............in fact, either way I would suggest you see your doctor for a thorough work up. Numbness "here and there" and pain in the feet can be symptoms of other issues and you need to have them ruled out. You also need to discuss your anxiety and panic attacks with your doctor and consider getting into some therapy to figure out what is causing them.
And you are NOT a freak anymore than the millions of us who suffer with anxiety are!
Let us know what the doctor says, OK?
