does anyone know how

i had taken a pill one night when this anxiety started happing to me and before i ever had one of the feelings like something went off in my head but tht night i took a pm to sleep and around the time the pill kicked in i got tht feeling but i stopped taking pills all together and i still get tht feeling from time to time but i had put it in my mind tht the pill did it but i still get tht feeling without a pill but my ? is i think i have it in my mind tht all pills will do tht to me how do i change the way i feel abt pills cause i really don't think pills have anything to do with it i think it's me just being scared and  need to take my meds to get rid of this ear infection how do i change my mind ?

I sometimes get like that when taking pills.  You just have to keep reminding yourself that the dr prescribed it for a reason (in this case because you have an ear infection) and it should start making you feel better soon.  Just take the pill and try and forget about it.  Don't let your fears take over because you are going to make yourself sick and you will then blame it on the pills when you are actually doing it to yourself.

If you really don't want to take the meds I know that there are some home remedies for ear infections that you can research.  I heard that garlic is a good one....

No, I get anxious over the idea of taking the pills.  I get myself worked up that I get sick over it.   I try not to take except vitamins unless I absolutely have too.  I've learned to really trust my dr and I know that she won't prescribe me something unless I absolutely need it.

So no it is not from the pills it is me doing it....
