hi just wondering if anyone knows how long it takes to get ativan out of the system quit cold turkey 10 days ago and still dont feel very good been on this med for 6 years for panic attacks i was just sick of the daily grind of depending on something to keep me calm I truly beleive I will get thru this I da feel better but maybe someone can help me that has been thru something simularI will not go back to using this medicine I know i can do all things thru Christ who strenthens me thnks 4 any help anyone can give me

I have never quit any med before, but I do know that you need to slowly wein yourself off. Talk to your MD about this. Quitting cold turkey can cause many unwanting side effects.
