does phobia from high surfaces can lead after an incident to consistent nausea?

Can an incident lead to a phobia with consistent nausea?(high places....happen i went for adrive and was so scared ...till we arrive home and told my parents....did the incident can lead 2 a consistant nausea?plz i need help

thank u 4 replying back.My son has nausea 4 8 weeks..all tests done..evrything and thank u God was negative...
nausea still consistent especilally when he wakes up....no vomiting ...rarely but no food coming out....
when he was overseas he went 4  adrive...and he has phobia 4 high surfaces,.,
wht iam concerned,,,,he was choked,,,,do u think the phobia after while can causes after while side effects,,,nausea! thank u.
