just to people out there, i have been on vanlafexine for 2 weeks and one day now and from the start i thought i was never going to get over my panic attacks and anxiety but as from monday morning waking up i flet like my old self it was wierd i was very down on sunday and was in bed at six o clock.but now i'm out and about i don't mind being on my own anymore like before i had to have somebody with me all the time because i thought something was going to happen to me. so for those people out there who think theres no hope THERE IS i'm doing it, getting on with my life agian spending time with my family and enjoying being back at work. so if you  take meds like i do keep taking them they will work it just takes time and thanks to vanlafexine i'm back to my old self and ready for anything now. if anydody wants to chat just mail me and i will be glad to chat
