does anyone feel like you are going to die an early death

Well you don't say how often you feel this way...is it frequently? I suffer from panic disorder and i no that when im having a panic attack i will feel like im going to die or im going crazy. But thats only when im having a panic attack that i feel that way. If this keeps up my best suggestion is to see your doctor. It could be anxiety, or some form of depression. Im not a doctor so i cant tell you whether it is or not.But try not to think about it. Everyone is going to die @ some point why waste away your life worrying. I will keep you in my prayers. i know what ur goin thru!!! i have anxiety which causes this but sometimes i feel fine(no other anxiety symptoms) and the feeling that im going to die is still there! i think its honestly a mental thing plus with hearing about so much death and danger in the world is a factor. i am not a doctor but i am in school to be a medical assistant and i am actually learning about disorders in Psychology right now. i would suggest that you think about ur life and why you feel this way? your mind is very powerful in making you think things that arent necessarily true. jus look at your life and what would make you think like this and how often you think like this and if there are any changes that could be factors whether it be mentally, physically, emotionally or whatever. i dont feel the death feeling all the time its just when i have time to think or when im really stressed and depressed. things will get better and if you believe in God jus pray to him.
