My totally unprofessional opinion is that your body (and mind) are in a bit of a jumble right now. That you were on the Celexa for a month and then switched to EffexorEffexor Effexor xr three days ago may, I repeat, MAY, have something to do with what you are experiencing. I would advise calling your doctor and telling him/her what you are going through. It could very well be a normal adjustment period/side effect, or it could be something they need to know about. Either way, it will ease your mind. If you can't speak with your doctor, call your local pharmacist. They will be able to tell you if what you are going through is "normal" or not or if you should get back with your doctor.
I have a feeling that your hour of frenzied house cleaning was just too much right now.
Don't know if this is your first time with antidepressants, but it takes awhile for them to work and sometimes you have to outwait the side effects. But this is something only your doctor can tell you for sure...........give 'em a call.
Peace
