elaxine 37.5 mgz

has anyone else used this medication b4. my doctor prescribed it for me today after watching me have a massive panic attack and think I was dying all because I had to leave the house

I agree with Paxiled.  If you've not tried any other antidepressants, Effexor isn't the best starting point.  Better choices IMO would be Zoloft, or Lexapro.

Therapy is definitely crucial also, so if you're not currently doing that, ask your doc for a referral.

I'd see a good psychiatrist and get into therapy, as I said.  I wouldn't start treating anxiety with this particular medication.  But it's your decision and I hope it works out well for you.

it doesn't come and go in panic attacks its constant 24/7

I think this is Effexor.  Not what I would use for anxiety attacks as it is a stimulating antidepressant.  Do you have chronic anxiety, or just occasional attacks?  Have you ever seen a therapist?  Or a psychiatrist if you're set on using medication without trying other means first.  This drug is also very hard to stop taking for most people.  Again, not where I'd start.
