I woke up in an attack at 6am...had to go outside into the cold thin air and just pace my driveway. It seemed to help. At least its kinda "burning" the anxiety away. Letting it all out in a sense.
I too have anxiety regularly. I hate it!!! There is nothing worse than a full blown panic attack. I find that when I work out and get a 60- 120 in a day of exercise a day I am great. I try and cut back on the caffeine too.
Yep i do. I started doing a lot of walking two months ago and it has helped. It has'nt got rid of the symptoms completely though, but at least i'm a lot lighter and fitter now.
