exhausted but anxiety wont let me sleep and i hate it

I had got my first anxiety panic attack july 22nd at my job I thought I was going to die but the doctor said it was just an anxiety attack . I thought it was a one time thing so as I was over coming the shock from the first attack I began to get back on to my normal life I thought it would be gone forever but I was wrong. I noticed it came back in late september repeatedly It would not let me sleep I would fall asleep at 6am and wake up at 9am that's all the sleep id get . Its bad for my health see I'm a diabetic and also have high blood pressure I need my rest. I'm so exhausted physically but my mind is wide awake not letting me be able to rest then when I do sleep I have night mares or I can't move in my sleep . Help I can't take this anymore I cry I scream and cry . I tried every format I read up about breathing excersize , it dont work. Meditation it doesn't work . Relaxing , tea, engaging in activities or hobbies but nothing works nothing please help I'm only 25 and this panicky feeling makes me feel like I'm losing it I feel as if my life is slowly ending I want to be able to feel like the old me again and over come anxiety

You as well as everyone living we were never promised tomorrow or even another minute. I've been were you are you feel like you can actually feel your life slipping away from you and the world feels like it's closing in on you I know. Remember your still breathing your ok. When people say take one day at a time I want to punch them because one day piles into years and then you wonder what the heck am I doing here and where am I going? Life is sometimes to much. The reason I have had panic attacks is because I've had things happen to me that I didn't want anyone to ever know about thus causing me to always cover my tracks and watch my words and constantly be on edge. One day you will realize life is to short to live that way. Xanax really does help as well as Klonopin both are benzo's and can be addictive but they truly work. Remember friend just breath.
