extreme anxiety and high blood pressure

Had a bad couple of days with my ex husband, him blaming me about things, irrational behaviour after I had done a couple of things to relieve him of some stress he was having.  He continued from yesterday into today mimicking me, , treating me like ****, yet he's supposed to love me.  I took my heart rate this evening I was churning and pulsing, got a headache and it was 171 over 107 with pulse 113.  My normal heart rate is119 over 62 pulse 78.  I am so scared, why do I allow him to get at me, giving me such pain and heartache.  This is dangerous isn't it, I'm 68 years old?

Blood pressure do increase when you anxious but you should see your gp rite away since 171/107 is too high for your age

yes,171/107 BP is Hypertension and at ur age you should see a doctor for that right away.
Never take a risk for High BP espcially at those rate of yours at that age,hope it helps.
