eyes and head heaviness

Hi,

I have been dealing with a family crisis this past couple weeks.  but since yesterday, I feel heavy had, heavy eyes, get hot and cold, feel nauseated. I feel chill sometimes.  I do not feel safe to drive because my eyes and head do not give me a good sense of driving. But I have to get back on behind the wheel. what is this? Any advice?

Have you not been sleeping well?

This sounds more like lack of sleep and stress. If you have been dealing with alot lately. Your body is probably tense most of the time and is now getting too tired :(

I have been having a lot of stress and worries this pas couple weeks. You are right, lack of sleep has been one of them.  But I feel better when I keep myself hydrated and eat well, or take my mind off of my situation.
