I used to be very into haunted houses, scary movies, roller coasters and things like that. Like October has always been one of my favorite months because of Halloween and all the hype that comes with it.I always had fun doing all those things. But since my anxiety hit really bad, I been very hesitant about doing these things like I would normally do and I miss doing all this stuff. So my question is, should I attempt to do all these things like I used to enjoy And just get passed the initial fear of being too scared, or should I just steer clear of it all together.
