face tingles in cheeks

I have had this tingling (not pain) in my face for about 2 years now. It had gotten worse in the past year or so. I use to have migranes really bad, but they just stopped completely for no reason that I know of. But this face thing is affecting my way of life. It makes me very anxious and I don't want to talk. I am going to a neurologist on tuesday, against my better judgement, but I can't function properly anymore. I have been to the dentist and no problem there. I thought about a chiropractor too. What do you think....anyone? Please help if you have any ideas.

yes i have it to my head/facer ears tingle and feel hot at times

I have the same symptoms whenever I eat food that has MSG in it.  Some people are very sensitive to it.

I get similiar sensations.  The top of my head will tingle, my eyes go hazy....
