feeling weak an weightless in my right arm!!!

Iam 23 yrs old student and iam a dizzy patient i dont know wats the cause of the dizziness!!!i have it since 3 yrs it still troubling my life i had pervious panic attacks an very threatning dizzy spells last yr around july i had mri of my brain(had non specific lesions in the white matter as said by the neurologyst)he said the dizziness is caused by somatisation,an then he refer me to ENT specialist he said i have silent migrane (migraine) and gave me flunarazine i had that for 6 months an i never had dizzy spell again.recently dizzy spells came back an this time i have my right arm feeling weak an weightless than the left one i had shown to internal medicine doctor he said nothing wrong  i am seriously worried about my hand an iam thinking is it multiple sclerosis,or amphoteric lateral sclerosis,soo much going on in my mind,cant study or concentrate in anything!!


please help!!
