flashing,moving lights with anxiety

i'm 23 yrs old and i have bad anxiety...i also see dim, moving (in a S formation) lights in my vision ,always..more noticable when i look in to the sky or a white wall...ive been to the eye doctor and the nuerologist have lots of test done ...and everything was fine ..can this be  anxiety related.....ive been seeing them for the past three years.

Anxiety can play eye tricks. I have floaters to, which I have had for a year. Very scary, but the eye dr says I am ok...it's hard not to notice them and worry about them.

I have sever anxiety and take a large amount of xanax. Do you take any medication for this because when i have an anxiety attack or withdrawing from xanax i have similar sensations with lights and such and have had eye and nuerological tests done all came out normal. so to me its just anxiety i dont know about you though
