going crazy

I had a very serious anxiety issues here. i try hard to overcome. Previously i had a potential risk of a hiv. but the doc here in the expert forum advised me to test at 8 weeks which will give clear indicator and definite result. i did so with a negative but with self test deviced. Even though the doc told me to believed the usaid device and also believe it to be negative. i am having trouble to work. i had white tongues. and i was diagnosed with herpes. i am living every second in fear. I wanted to cry not because of what i have is because what i fear to have. what should i do? please help me..

If you were told by a doctor from the MedHelp Website to test at 8 weeks, which he said would give you conclusive results, and you did and it was negative............believe it.
Please get yourself educated about HIV/AIDS. It is the only way we are going to be able to stop this virus.
