What you describe aren't hallucinations.
Keep working with your therapist to help manage your anxiety. You need to try to dismiss those "what if" thoughts before they become debilitating. Are you dealing with the loss of your grandma? Remember that the loss of someone close to you will cause feelings of anxiety, and sadness...anger, all KINDS of emotions. That's normal. Allow yourself to grieve and feel those feelings. Talk about how you're feeling with others.
