has anyone kept switching back and forth from xanax to ativan

Hi,I cant seem to get it together so i went back to ativan from xanax last night (I was changed nov 13) now this morning i have all these racing thoughts and am all shakey,,i dont know what it is from,,,but they also put me on celexa would it cause this i feel like im going NUTS here hoping to hear from my dr soon

I have been trying to get off adavain for a year I am finally down to .75-1.0mg a day if work is not to stressful.
I hate this drug please dont use atavain it is not good for you and very addictive I even went into withdrawls earlier this year because I decressed the dose to fast.
