hashimotos -anxiety-prozac

i am 32 yrs old. have been having hashis for 10yrs. last 6 yrs have problems
with anxiety. i believe it's all caused by my thyroid condition as
never used to before. had acute symptoms including heart ryth problems
many of which subsided after lowering the dose to thyroxine 0.1 x 5 days.

a doctor prescribed ladose (prozac) for 6 mos. should i take it
even if i feel better ?or will symptoms return?

also, is it addictive and what happens after comleting the therapy.
have 3 children (6/4/and 7 months ). i feel so tired battling anxiety and
hashimotos.

What did your doctor say when you asked him or her those very same questions?

the doctor thinks i probably fell into a vicious circle of too much hormone
which scared me and caused the problems but all these years\having the same problems, i don't know. i feel he just wanted to alleviate my symptoms rather
than curing me.

i read in the internet that hashimotos and anxiety come in a package but i dont want to take prozac for the rest of my life. what do i do ? i feel so tired .
