having to come off meds due to being pregnent

hi there, i'm back again, been a long time snice i last wrote a post so here it goes, well i was on vanlafexine for panic attacks and anxiety and have been taking them snice january of this year, i felt great after the kick in weeks of them until in june i found out was pregnent and had to stop taking them, i then realised i had only been taking them for ten weeks not knowing i was pregnant been to my docs had to stop taking them and had my fisrt midwife check up i'm now 12 week and five days and i'm so now feeling the affects of not having the meds in my system i feel s**t. i'm having stomach pains and low back ache, i'm supposed to have had a scan by now but have to wait untill the 12th of august as my hospital is very busy, i'm so scared there may been something wrong with my baby due to taking the meds for 10 weeks. if anybody has any info or suggestions please let me know that would be great. i'm so anxious it s unreal could'nt sleep last night thinking about it a dmy heart was racing and i could feel my heart beat, beating through my whole body any help please.

Vanlafexine (Effexor) is a Class C drug which means it hasnt been found to cause toxicity  to the fetus in animals (studies not done in humans) and can be taken while pregnant if the benefits outweigh the risks.  Many women take Class C drugs while pregnant as the risk tends to be very minimal to baby.
