zaps is right on what it feels like. It just happens out of no where. I can be sitting there and all the sudden i feel it. Or i could be running and feel it. I have been stressed but in my mind i feel like and think its not related to stress but my mind could be wrong. Also i dont just feel it in my head i feel it in other parts of my body as well. So feeling all of this i just feel as if im gonna die soon when im only 26.

Hello there,

Anxiety can trigger a lot of symptoms and i suggest you go read all the symptoms of anxiety on this website.

About the specific electric shock sensation in brain we can call ''brain zaps'', anxiety can be a trigger to increased electric activity in brain and therefore even a thought or feeling can trigger this sensation since basically anxiety is being overreactive.

I have some questions for you that could lead a better diagnosis.

When does it happen? Does it happen when you try to fall asleep? Does it happen when you are relaxed or when you are stressed? Any episodes of convulsions?

You must also consider that i'm not a doctor and you should only take this as an alternative to seeing a doctor or a neurologist.

Best regards,
M4
