head pressure and dizziness

is head pressure and dizzyness normal for anxiety?  the head pressure just started  a week ago and it comes and go's, but it always comes back when im either getting up or walking, or even bending down sometimes, and i get dizziness time to time, but not alot.

and i also forgot to mention that i get the pressure on my nose also.

I have it.  Sometimes with anxiety, and sometimes without.  But it definetely makes my anxiety worse, if it isn't caused by anxiety.  Right now I have it really bad with the ear and sinus pressure.

  What kind of pressure are you feeling? I get pressure/fuzzy feeling when i get anxious in my head, and yes I will feel the throbbing in my nose as well! So weird!! I try and breath better, it really does calm me down if im feeling anxious!

Ya I get the samething, I think its like an adreline rush? But it comes and goes and I notice it more when im anxious.

yeah same here, do you feel like your throat is tight? like closing up?
