head tightness

Does any one get a tightness in there head and then start to panic cos u concentrate on it,then u think ur head is gonna explode or u r going to have a stroke or similar..

i used to get that so much before i knew it was the anxiety causing it..feels like a giant rubberband around your head..i get the tightness in the back of my head still though..and when you think about it it makes it worse..i used to convice myself i had a tumor or something..anxiety is a *****

That was my 1st noticible sign of anxiety....feeling like my head was in a nuece and was gonna explode on me....I thought brain tumor, stroke...Most anxiety sufferers have experience the same feelings & thoughts....have you been diagnosed with Anxiety? This is a great site for help and knowledge.

I'm now experiencing this.  IT IS SUCH A BOTHER! I try and convince myself It's just anxiety, it's just anxiety, but oh boy!
