does anyone seem to get headaches all the time whether its everyday or close to. i get them almost everyday, and sometimes only one area of my head is effected by it. also has anyone ever had a sharp pain in their head while bending down?? im so scared that its yet again a tumor and i called my doc today and she didnt even want to see me she just said to take a tylonal. it really pisses me off when they just blow me off, yea they know i have anxiety so thats all they think of but me i think of everything serious. so if anyone is willing to help me out a bit id really appreciate it!!

Go see a chiropractor --- I was having the same thing and MRI and CT showed nothing wrong.  I reasoned that I must have nerves or something that are all knotted up - which I did particularly in my neck area and I didn't even know it.  I had NEVER been to a chiropractor before but I wanted to try in lieu of taking meds.  AFter first visit, I knew I was on the right track.  J

Headaches are more normal then we think..even people who dont have anxiety can get them everyday..Lack of sleep is a big cause..I thought for sure i had a tumor a few years ago..not only did i have the pain that you described but also had other symptoms..and it turned out to be minor migrains..and ofcourse anxiety too..beleive it or not tylonal or advil and a hot bath or a good nap might just do the trick...try and trust your doctor..and if it makes you feel better get an MRI...we must spend thousands on tests , lol...One time a friend said to me "why dont you try not going to the doctor.."

I'm sure you are fine..but I am not a doctor..do what you think is best for you, just know that there are alot more symptoms to a brain tumor..I know people who have had them..and by the way, these people are now doing fine..brain tumors dont always kill us...good luck to you..

I had a headache for 6 months straight and did the whole brain tumor thing.  It was all anxiety and depression related. I know it is so hard because the symptoms are so real.  As soon as you learn that it is anxiety and accept it as that and not work yourself up, you will see that the pain will subside.  It takes lots of discipline to retrain your mind and also lots of time.  But you can do it.  Best to you.
