Don't worry, since you have no fever it is a good clue that you have not a flu or the AH1N1. Flu symptoms starts rather quickly and it is always with fever. You can have a cold with fever too even it is more uncommon but a cold will give you a lot of nasal discharge and probably sinus type headache and sore throat.
With the flu or H1N1 the nasal discharge are not as intense as those with a cold and the fever is less intense and you are supposed to have muscle aches. The flu symptoms onset are fast and a cold onset is rather slow as it builds over days.
So don't be scared i don't think you have the flu but since i'm not a doctor this is only an advice i am giving you. If you are in any doubt go consult a doctor.

I don't think you have H1N1. You would probably have a fever, and possibly a cough.
