heart anxiety

hi guys.
can someone help me. i've been having a few symptoms and i want to know if these can be
attributed to anxiety or something else is wrong.

sometimes i have a feeling like someone's choking me and i cant swallow.
sometimes i have a feeling like my heart will stop .
yesterday i was checking my pulse with my hand and as i was pressing i think i felt my
heart slowing down and felt like i would faint. but when i went home my bp was 12/78 when my usual is
10/6.5 and pulse was 70 and i was shivering. i had tremors.

i had a great u/s of the heart last year and a great stress test 2.5yrs ago.

could it be anxiety ?

Unfortunately anxiety can cause many symptoms especially if we are worried about our health...can anxiety cause all of this?...YES, and then some.  Take comfort in the fact you had a great stress test and that you are okay medically.  During all of this, have you talked with a therapist about any of this?  Quite often a little knowledge about anxiety can go a long way...keep us posted!
