heart or chest pains

im having some strange chest pains im thinking that it could be my heart, because i feels like an air bubble is in my heart causing me alittle discomfort an even a little pain. anyone out there experiencing these same symptoms ?

It's anxiety. For sure. It may help you to look up symptoms of anxiety. You will notice that's all you have. Realizing that it's anxiety  gives you alot of ease.

It could be possible that you swallowed air and you have some chest pressure. It really sounds like anxiety to me also. I had some sensations that were hard to explain and my Cardiologist ordered tests all of which came up clear. I think you will be fine.
