heart palpatations

k, yesterday i got two in the same day and then today i just had one.
there in my throat. im not sure if they are palpatations but thats what they feel like.
im scared cuz im 17 and i dont think your supposed to have them everyday.
someone help me here and reasure me that its ok?

edit: i also read up that the anxiety medication i take has side effects of frequent palpatations, that made me feel a little better. but i could use youur input. thank you once again

They are called PVC's and unfortanatley are a very scary effect of Panic and Anxiety disorder. Go get checked out by your doctor to be sure, but most likely they are just scary, but harmless.

I have had them for years. I hope things work out for you.

try breathing through the right nostril with left one pinched with finger...it reduced my palpatations almost immediately
