heaviness in legs n head?

Does anyone have a constant feeling of heaviness in legs and head? I'm thin but my legs feel almost numb like they weigh a ton. I notice it a lot after having anxiety attack then I tend to focus on symptoms...then they linger..anyone relate please? Also notice alcohol makes it worse
