i think i jus took 2 ativans in one dose by mistake is it dangerous please im tripping out dosage is 0.5mg?

No, it's not gonna hurt you.  You may feel a little dizzy and much more drowsy, but I take 1 full mg per dose.  Some people take up to 4 mg.  Of course you want to take the lowest dose possible of ativan.  But once again, don't worry.  You are on a fairly low dose as it is.

thank u wolf i jus called my local nurses line and they assured me it was fine because im still under the usual doasage which is up to daily 6mg so im safe but thank you for your fast reply

It's not harmful if you only do it once by accident.  You might feel tired but unless drugs really effect you, I doubt taking two only once will make you OD.
