help me i am confused

right so i am trying to get on with my life but my breathing is constantly bad but on top of that i am having major panick attacks.In almost every lecture i want to run out of the room.  My fear is that i have an illness that is bringing on anxiety i feel because my breathing oif funney all the time it is now bringing on panick attacks has anyone else had this constant breathing prob then began to have panick attacks. I have read illnesses can bring on panick attacks especially when it is effecting breathing, the doc said ir was all anxiety. So i suppose my question is can i have short of breath all the time which is anxiety which are now trigguring of panic attacks why didnt i have the panic attacks to begin with? xxx

I am going to be quite harsh with you now. You have posted this same problem many times and have been given the best advice any of us here can give you. You need to see a doctor for a complete physical NOW and hand him/her a copy of each of your posts! I care VERY much about the fear you are living with, but unless YOU do something to help yourself, you will just continue to live with that fear and never move on to a happier and healthier life! We will only continue to give you the same advice. PLEASE see a doctor and ask for a referral to a good therapist while you're there. You have some issues you need help with and that help is there for the asking. Please ask for it!
Please stay with us, even if you keep posting the same thing over and over. I just hate to see you suffering when it's in your control to do something about it.
