help me plzzzz

hi ev1 i have been haveing panic attacks for 11 years like a lot of you after i had my 2nd baby.the thing is i useed to have panic attacks that i was going to die.but over the last 2 years they have changed to me thinking o my god im going to kill myelf.now i only think this when i haveing a panic attack.i just want to now if any of you get bad thoughts when having panic attcks.i never panic about dieing anymore.but this is getting me down i feel im the only one who has this please help me.i allso get depression and i have been on meds for 10 years thanx for your help xxxxx

I'm sure everybody who has experienced anxiety has felt really down in themselves at one time or another. You just have to view the thread on this forum asking ' should I kill myself ' or something to that effect. Those thoughts can cross the mind when you are really down. It's not odd. It's not unusual. You are not the only one. They have shot through the mind of many of person in the same position as yourself.

Hi....I do know what you mean. I suffer from Generalized anxiety disorder, and when it gets really bad I do have the same kind of thoughts you are describing. Trust me, you are not the only one. I am also scared of death....and worry about every llittle thing. I have been on xanax for 4 plus yrs. My anxiety has kept me from getting pregnant.....and now even more because of the xanax. Were you on meds while pregnant?? And if so can you share your experience with me. They have tried to put me on antidepressants, but none have worked for my anxiety/panic attacks. Xanax is the only med that has worked so far. I hope you are feeling better and I also hope you can maybe give me some info.
