help??? whats wrong with me??

i suffered alot of panic attacks wen i was 16 (gcse pressure) since then everyday i have anxiety feelings but never a panic attack, i avoid travel small places, and crowed places, latley its worse i dont want to do anything and just want to cry... whats wrong with me?????/?/

Your suffering from anxiety. You said it has gotten worst what other symptoms do u have, that's practically how most people like myself start suffering with anxiety. I had one panic attack and that started the anxiety symptoms. You may need to do some talk terapy an probably some medz if needed but you'll be fine

mainly fastbeating heart palpations difficulty swallowing, just feel nervous everday , i never got this feelings at home only wen i have to travel or in an enclosed space. its like ive lost my safe zone , ive tried citalopram and paroxetine... no effect whats so ever and also diazepam they dont work no matter how high the dose .

Let me tell you. At the beginning of my anxiety and panick attacks, my Dr gave me Pristiq and it worked flawless. I personally wouldn't go back to meds, because the withdrawals after you stop it are just HORRIBLE,  but that medicine worked great for me.  Good luck!!!
