sounds like stress to me, i have that sometimes, stress is something that can cause alot of differant symptoms, and tension headaches are all part of it, you need to relax take some time off, get some rest or even exercise is good to release stress

you will be ok, keep us posted

The worry that your going to die will bring on all the symptoms and more, I have that fear and it always affects my head and neck, I get a queer head and pains in my neck,
try and not worry it does sound like tension headache,
janis.

ask your dr. to do a MRI that will show more than a x-ray
that way if it shows nothing then could be stress.
