here we go again

ok so after a bad weekend all two days i felt like my brain was doing its own thing. i felt really sick, i just cant explain the feeling. alittle space out, heart was beating pretty fast. i dont know how to explain it i just felt sick. ok today out of the blue my ears start to burn just for a few minutes i didnt freak out or anything, but it just came to me ive never heard ( or read) any post about strange burning sentsations, ive only heard about tingling. which ive never had, i only have burning, first my legs(three days),  my hands(two days), my back (two months) now my ears( just started). im freaking out because im now thinking again that im alone here, and that this might not be anxiety. im also loosing some weight, which i have no idea how it happen. please help, im really freaking out here.

and yes ive been to the doctor, and yes he said im suffering from anxiety, and yes im taking meds(xanax0.5)

just thought ill let you know before i get advice that ive already heard (lol)
i just need to know if im the only one with the burning sensations

Hey, no u are not alone! At least you just get the burning sensation in the ears...Try the chest, face and head! LOL Anxiety is a strange disorder. I keep telling myself, with all these symptoms...one is bound to kill me! LOL
The truth is, is that Anxiety will manifest itself into many symptoms as time go on, soon enough u will begin to recognize a pattern with it....believe it or not, anxiety acts on the same body parts, which seems to be every body part, but really pay attention next time u experience such feelings, you'll notice that you've felt this way some where down the line of your anxiety history. So it's not that scary at all, you know what to expect of it! Don't worry it will pass...I guareentee u that each symptom u name u experience, someone else has been down that road already! There is nothing new about anxiety and it's actions,,,,you'll get better! :)
