help me cope with new herpes, I am in pain daily and my mouth is full of sores and my anal area open with sores today. pelvic pain, and back pain continually, no life, can't work and all for one night of what I really wasn't going to pursue or and i didn't enjoy. it was a night i really didn't even want. so how do i deal with herpes and alone and 45 and three kids. this ruins my health and potential life with someone.
They have medications on the market to help manage the breakouts. I have a close family member who has dealt with herpes for over 20 years now and the meds he's prescribed work. He rarely deals with breakouts and when he does they're mild and barely noticeable. Check with your doc about a prescription to help prevent the breakouts. They can't be cured but they can definitely be managed so you can go back to your normal routine.
If you're dealing with anxiety over it you should absolutely try to get hooked up with a therapist as well. It can help you feel better and less stressed about it.
