hi people can u just help me out on somethin quick

hp people i just wanted to ask. ive been takein citalprom 10mg  for 2 weeks now  aint really been doin mutch  i think i gone worser to be fair. just gone really light headed and everythin feels like a dream nothin feels real no more do the meds do that    our is it my anxity and depresson  doin this to me?  i have got sum  multivitamins and iron tablets in my room is it safe to take them as well as the citalopram and will it make me feel any worse?

Put a call into your Pharmacist right away -  they will know. Iron can interfere with certain drugs, but I don't know which ones. Call your DR tomorrow morning and ask about the citalprom. It might be a side effect you are having. I tried both Zoloft and Prozac for a few weeks - couldn't take either. my system is too sensitive. I am trying to kick anxiety and depression naturally - although I will take an occasional Xanax. I heard that fish oil can help, also B vitamins. Theres lots of websites you can look at. (Just put the word Anxiety in Google.)
